Founded in 2021 shortly after the pandemic due to COVID-19, We decided to get to work and open our doors to help children regain their academic, physical and social skills. Young children who go to ABC Discoveryland Academy get the tools and support they need for their healthy development. All activities are age appropriate and carefully designed to adequately nurture the social emotional, cognitive and physical development growth of our kids. Through stimulating situations and hands-on learning opportunities, children are free to develop into bright young minds. As they play learn and grow, we provide quality care while you are away!

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Learning Through Play
Our programs are designed to meet the needs of both children and families through specific goals and objectives. With the help of our observations, DRDP's and ASQ's assessments, we focus on building off of the strengths of each child, taking advantage of every teachable moment.
Infant Program (ages 2mo-18mo)
Our infants are offered language, large and small motor skills activities, early sensory discoveries to strengthen their math and science learning later in life and social emotional development experiences that support the rapid and important development that takes place during their first year of life.
Toddler Program (ages 2.5-3yrs)
Our toddlers are offered a variety of opportunities to explore their world through play. Their physical, cognitive, gross motor and social skills are enhanced with both structured and free play. Their fun days are filled with music, art, dance and soothing story times and much more.
Preschool (ages 4-5yrs)
Although it might seem like just fun and games to preschoolers, the curriculum we follow is packed with educational elements, games that teach pre reading skills like phonemic awareness, letter and sound recognition, basic math concepts and hands-on science exploration. Also, during your child's last year of preschool with us, we will focus on early reading and writing and basic math, foreign language, science, social studies, art, music and physical education to round the best learning experiences as well as one field-trip per quarter (COVID regulations permitting).
Elementary / Before and After School (ages5-12yrs)
School age children are given a quiet environment for homework and projects with assistance and supervised access to computers or electronics as well as tutoring assistance as needed. Also available to elementary students are healthy snacks, age-appropriate crafts, games and physical activities.
